翅片管換熱器是指選用翅片管作為首要換熱元件的換熱器,當介質換熱狀態為油-油,水-水,氣-氣等等的熱交換場合,往往不需要加裝翅片,因為管內外兩邊的傳熱系數都差不多,加工翅片沒有任何含義,反而影響了介質的活動,對于傳熱是不利的。當然,站在強化傳熱的角度,對于怎么進步翅片管換熱器的傳熱總系數也是有值得學習的當地。當管內外傳熱膜系數相差較大的時分,應該選用翅片管來添加傳熱系數不足一面的觸摸面積,以彌補傳熱才能不足的問題。所以,在規劃翅片管換熱器的時分,翅片都是加在傳熱系數較差的一面。如蒸汽加熱空氣,空氣的傳熱才能很低,就應該加工翅片,因為管內加工翅片的難度比較高,那就在管外加工翅片。當然,空氣就只能在管外活動,也契合了規劃原則“管內走高溫高壓的介質,管外走低溫低壓的介質”。
